Charles W. Haynes, Jr. is the founder and president of Haynes Appraisal Group, Inc., a real estate appraisal and consulting firm. Mr. Haynes has fifteen years of real estate appraisal experience (eminent domain valuation) and has testified as an expert appraisal witness within Federal Court and Florida’s Circuit Court system. Mr. Haynes has been involved in numerous court hearings, mediations and other aspects of litigation oriented appraisal assignments throughout the State of Florida.
